First day of trading in Enad Global 7’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm

Enad Global 7 AB (publ) (the "Company" or "EG7") announced on 12 June 2024 that Nasdaq Stockholm's listing committee had resolved to approve the Company's application for admission to trading of the Company's shares on Nasdaq Stockholm (the "Listing Change"). Today, 27 June 2024, trading in the Company's shares on Nasdaq Stockholm commences.

The up-listing to Nasdaq Stockholm is another long term step of maturity for EG7. This move gives us a more flexible capital structure and an even more attractive base to generate shareholder value for the company’s investors. " says Fredrik Rüdén, Deputy CEO and CFO at EG7.

The Company's shares will continue to trade under the ticker “EG7” and ISIN code (SE0010520106). The Company's shareholders are not required to undertake any actions due to the Listing Change.

The Company has, in connection with the Listing Change prepared a prospectus, which is available on the Company's website.
