Invitation to the webcast of Embracer Group’s Annual General Meeting

Embracer Group hereby invites shareholders and other stakeholders to follow the Annual General Meeting (AGM) via live webcast on September 18, 2025.

Date: September 18, 2025
Time: 15:00~17:30 (CEST)
Webcast: The AGM will be streamed live here.

The AGM program includes an operations overview presented by CEO Phil Rogers and Group CFO Müge Bouillon. This will be followed by additional presentations, and the AGM will conclude with a Q&A session. Erik Larsson, equity analyst from SEB, will be the host and lead the Q&A session.

Questions can be submitted in advance to ir@embracer.com or asked during the webcast via the message board.

Please note that the webcast is open to all and will be held in English. Participation rights for shareholders are governed by the section “Attend via video conference” in the official notice of the AGM. All documents relating to the AGM are available here.
