Invitation to the webcast of Embracer Group’s Annual General Meeting

Embracer Group hereby invites you to join the webcast of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 19, 2024.

The AGM will be webcast live and held in English. As part of the program, the annual operations overview will be presented by co-founder and CEO Lars Wingefors and Group CFO Müge Bouillon. The operations overview will be followed by several presentations. Erik Larsson, equity analyst from SEB, will be the host and lead the Q&A session.

Webcast: The AGM will be streamed live here and on Embracer Group’s official YouTube channel.

Questions are welcome in advance via email to ir@embracer.com or live during the AGM through the message board (not available on YouTube).

The webcast is open to all; however, please see the section “Attend via video conference” in the notice of the AGM. This section provides further information on the conditions for participating in the meeting and the webcast as either a shareholder or a guest.
