Change in the number of shares and votes in Embracer Group

The number of shares and votes in Embracer Group AB (“Embracer”) has increased due to shares issued in connection with payments of earn out consideration. The number of B shares and votes has increased by 3,658,258 and the share capital has consequently increased to approximately SEK 1,906,483.61.

As of 31 October 2025, the number of shares in Embracer therefore amounts to 228,777,965, of which 9,000,000 are A shares carrying ten votes each and 219,777,965 are B shares carrying one vote each. The total number of votes as of 31 Oktober 2025 is 309,777,965.

As of 31 Oktober 2025, Embracer hold 4,700,204 own B shares.
