Johan Andgren transfers his holding of shares in Embellence Group

The Embellence Group's CEO Johan Andgren has transferred his holding of 40,000 shares in Embellence Group from a mutual fund account to a capital insurance within the wholly-owned company Andgren Consulting. The transfer triggers insider reporting to the Financial Supervisory Authority but does not entail any real change.
