Shannon Garcia is President Global Markets & Global Operations for Pizza Hut, Yum! Brands. She has held senior positions at Starbucks Corporation and Darden Restaurants. She has studied communication and business administration at Campbell University and Medaille College, was born in 1980 and is a U.S. citizen.

The Nomination Committee’s proposal means that the Board of Directors shall comprise eight ordinary members elected by the Annual General Meeting, without deputies.

The Nomination Committee’s motivated statement, complete proposals and a presentation of the proposed Board members will be published in due time before the Annual General Meeting.

The Nomination Committee is composed by Petra Hedengran, chairman, appointed by Investor AB, Joachim Spetz, appointed by Swedbank Robur funds, Jesper Wilgodt appointed by Alecta, Anders Hansson, appointed by AMF Pension och Fonder and Kai Wärn, chairman of the board of Electrolux Professional AB.
