In addition to the name change, the articles of association were amended as follows:
The object of the articles of association has the following new wording: The company shall conduct development, marketing and sales of digital solutions in education technology and artificial intelligence (AI) and mobile games, and also conduct activities compatible therewith.
The limits for the share capital were increased to a minimum of SEK 25,600,000 and a maximum of SEK 102,400,000.
The limits for the number of shares were increased to a minimum of 32,000,000 and a maximum of 128,000,000.
