The exercise period for exercise of the Warrants took place from and including November 1, 2023, up to and including November 14, 2023. The subscription price per share for exercising the Warrants was set to SEK 3.0.

In total, 400 Warrants were exercised for subscription of 400 shares, meaning that approximately 0.004 percent of all outstanding Warrants were exercised.

Exercised Warrants have been replaced with interim shares (IA), pending registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The interim shares are expected to be converted to shares within approximately three (3) weeks.

Share capital and dilution

Through the exercise of the Warrants, the number of shares in Wicket Gaming increases by 400 shares, from 32,897,109 shares to a total of 32,897,509 shares. The share capital will increase by SEK 320.00 from SEK 26,317,687.20 to SEK 26,318,007.20.

For existing shareholders who did not exercise any Warrants, the dilution amounts to approximately 0.0012 percent of the number of shares and votes in the Company.
