If all Warrants are exercised, the Company will receive approximately SEK 28.6 million, before issuing costs. In order for the Warrants not to expire without value, it is required that the holder actively subscribes for shares no later than November 14, 2023, or alternatively sells the Warrants no later than November 9, 2023. Please note that some trustees may close their registration earlier than November 14, 2023.

Summarized terms for the Warrants:

Exercise period: November 1, 2023 – November 14, 2023.

Subscription price: SEK 3.0 per share.

Issue volume: 9,520,457 Warrants. If all the Warrants are exercised, 9,520,457 shares are issued, and the Company will receive approximately SEK 28.6 million before issuing costs.

Last day for trading with Warrants: November 9, 2023.

Share capital and dilution: If all Warrants are exercised the share capital will increase with SEK 7,616,365.60, from SEK 26,317,687.20 to SEK 33,934,052.80. The number of shares will increase with 9,520,457 shares if all Warrants are exercised, from 32,897,109 shares to 42,417,566 shares. The dilution at full exercise of all Warrants amounts to approximately 22.4 percent of the number of shares and votes in the Company.

Note that the Warrants that are not exercised at the latest November 14, 2023, or sold at the latest November 9, 2023, will expire without value. For the Warrants not to lose their value, the holder must actively subscribe for new shares or sell the Warrants.
