The EGM resolved on a directed share issue of a maximum of 542,857 shares at an issue price of SEK 1.05. The person entitled to subscribe is the Chairman of the Board Erik Nerpin and the Board member Christopher Lagerqvist Nerpin. The subscription price is SEK 1.05.
The new share issue is one of the two new share issues totaling SEK 4.6 million (4,380,952 shares) that were announced through a press release on 27 November 2023. After registration of the rights issue, the company will have 37,278,461 outstanding shares.
