Trading in the new company name and ticker commences tomorrow

MARKN.

On 7 March 2025, an Extraordinary General Meeting in H100 Group AB (the “Company” or “H100 Group”), previously eBlitz Group AB (publ), resolved on inter alia a change of the company name. As announced on 16 April 2025, the new company name has been registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket).

Trading in the new company name, H100 Group AB, will commence tomorrow, 23 April 2025. The Company’s ticker will simultaneously be changed to H100.

The ISIN code of the Company’s share will remain unchanged. Shareholders do not need to take any action as a result of this.
