Stockholm, 16 July 2025 – H100 Group AB (“H100” or the “Company”) has acquired an additional 75.53 Bitcoin as part of its Bitcoin Treasury Strategy. This includes BTC received as part of the proceeds from the Company’s convertible loan agreements.

Number of Bitcoin Purchased: 75.53

Average Purchase Price: SEK 1,142,038.26

Total Consideration: SEK 86,258,150

Total Bitcoin Holdings Post-Purchase: 370
