The original agreement provided HL Display with exclusive rights to market and sell TurnLoader™ and RotoShelf® for use in refrigerated cabinets and cold rooms within the European market. Under the expanded terms, HL now also holds global, non-exclusive rights to offer these solutions outside Europe, as well as the right to manufacture and sell TurnLoader™ Ambient – designed for ambient retail environments.

Over the past two years, HL Display has played a key role in EasyFill’s growth across Europe. With the new agreement, the partnership enters a new phase with a long-term, global outlook.

In connection with the agreement, HL Display will receive its first shipment of TurnLoader™ and RotoShelf® for MultiDeck, produced in China. This new production setup supports competitive pricing, strengthens the supply chain, and enhances the long-term cooperation between the companies.
