Eastnine

Liselotte Hjorth has been Chairman of the Board of Eastnine since 2018 and Board member since 2014.

Louise Richnau, born in 1966, holds a Master of Science in Engineering and has extensive experience from the real estate sector, including, among other, Castellum, Nordanö and Brunswick Real Eastate. Louise's responsibilities have included investments, transactions, financing, establishment of new business areas and sustainability issues. Louise has been a board member of Eastnine since 2024.

The Nomination Committee's other proposals will be published in connection with the notice of the Annual General Meeting 2025.

"The Nomination Committee would like to thank Liselotte for having, with great commitment and in a meritorious way, contributed to and for many years led, the work of the Board of Directors during the time when Eastnine was transformed from an investment company to a real estate company. With Liselotte's announcement that she will decline re-election at Eastnine's Annual General Meeting 2025, the Nomination Committee has chosen to propose Louise Richnau as the new Chairman of the Board after the usual evaluation process," says the Chairman of the Nomination Committee Anna Elam.
