Eastnine

Eastnine announces in accordance with the Financial Instruments Trading Act that the number of shares and votes in Eastnine has increased during November as a result of the set-off issue of 8,760,684 new shares in Eastnine that was carried out in connection with the acquisition of Warsaw Unit. The board of directors of Eastnine resolved on the set-off issue based on the authorisation from the Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2024.

Following the set-off issue, and as of 29 November 2024, the number of issued shares and votes in Eastnine amounts to 98,241,728. Eastnine's share capital increased through the set-off issue by EUR 358,312.007380 to EUR 4,018,087.031580.
