The following resolution was passed at the Extraordinary General Meeting (the “EGM”) of Dignitana AB (publ) (the “Company”) on 12 March 2024 in Malmö.
New issue of shares
The EGM resolved to approve the Board of Directors’ resolution on a new issue of shares with pre-emption rights for the shareholders, as announced by the Company in press release on 21 February 2024.
