Today, on the 11th of December 2025, the Board of Diagonal Bio AB (publ) has decided to submit a formal application for bankruptcy to the District Court of Lund. The application is planned to be submitted today.

The decision is based on the fact that despite extensive work and efforts, the strained financial situation has not been solved. The application is planned to be submitted today.
