Change of date for publication of interim report for the third quarter 2024 to November 8, 2024

The board of Desenio Group AB has decided to postpone the publication of the quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 until November 8, 2024. The previously communicated date for the report was, October 24.
 
The decision has been taken against the background of the ongoing constructive dialogue with Desenio Group's bondholders regarding a solution for the refinancing of Desenio Group's issued bonds.
