The Company has prepared and published an information document (the "Information Document") in accordance with article 1.4 db) in Regulation (EU) 2024/2809 ("Listing Act"). Further information concerning the Rights Issue and the Company is provided in the Information Document, which has been prepared in accordance with Annex IX of the prospectus regulation (EU) 2017/1129 ("Prospectus Regulation"). The Information Document is available on the Company's website, www.curasight.com. This website also contain a link to the subscription form for subscription.
