14,056,318 shares are issued and registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office
2,427,198 shares are under registration and expected to be completed this week.
In total, 16,483,516 new shares have been issued at a price of SEK 3.64 in accordance with the acquisition agreement that was communicated approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting 2022-09-29. The new total number of shares and votes will be 53,068,392 and the share capital will amount to SEK 1,396,536.68.
