The companies have signed an agreement under which Spotnana will provide Creturner's climate offset technology solution to the US and Canada-based travel industry. Spotnana has developed a cloud-based Travel-as-a-Service Platform that powers seamless global travel experiences. The contract is ongoing and limited to North America and Canada. Integration has started.

Creturner believes this is a strategic agreement and major breakthrough for sales opportunities targeting the US travel industry. The market is demanding a more flexible, transparent, digital and deal-driven way to meet customers' needs for true climate offset. Creturner's approach is innovative, closing the financial loop and quickly delivering the clarity that customers demand. From Creturner's side, Board Chairman Daniel Moström has led the negotiations and from Spotnana's side, VP Partnerships Johnny Thorsen has been leading.

The digital part is a technical computing business that is expanding to strengthen its long-term potential and create a presence in the rapidly growing market for computing capabilities. The company has its own facilities in Sweden with in-house energy production to reduce raw material costs and environmental impact.
The environmental part offers corporate customers an efficient and permanent method to offset their operations. The method is based on Bio-CCS (Carbon Capture and Storage), which involves converting residual biomass into the element carbon and storing it to reduce the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere. Corporate customers of Creturner can then buy carbon offsets in the same way as they traditionally offset climate change, for example by planting trees.
