Creturner Group AB: Postponed publication of the annual report

The Board of Directors of Creturner Group ("Creturner") hereby wishes to inform that the publication of the annual report needs to be postponed. The new date for publication will be 25 July at the latest.
The Annual General Meeting will begin as planned and the item on the adoption of the annual report will be postponed.
The continuation meeting will be held on 25 July at 10.00, 2025.
The decision is based on the fact that auditors want additional documentation regarding information issues, which means that completion will not be completed by the scheduled meeting date 2025-06-30
