At the continued general meeting of Creturner Group AB (the ‘Company’) held today, 25 July 2025, the following was resolved:
Adoption of income statements and balance sheets
The Annual General Meeting decided to postpone the adoption of the income statement and balance sheet for the Company for the financial year 2024, as the annual report has not been completed. This will be taken up for consideration at a continuation meeting.
The continuation meeting will be held on 26 August at 10:00 a.m.
The decision is based on the auditors' request for additional documentation regarding information issues, which means that the report could not be completed by the scheduled date of the meeting.
