Coor Service Management
Coor extends IFM agreement with Borealis
The extended agreement means that Coor will continue to deliver integrated workplace services and property services to Borealis’ some 1,000 employees at 140 facilities at its Stenungsund site. Borealis produces plastics for power cables, communication cables, pipe systems, automotive components and advanced packaging solutions.
Services included in the agreement include property maintenance, building conversions and extensions, cleaning, recycling, reception, telephony, mail management, restaurant services and security and surveillance. In addition to the IFM agreement, Coor and Borealis have expanded their cooperation to include the delivery of safety guards, cargo securing and warehousing services starting on February 1, 2025.
” I am very pleased that Borealis has chosen to extend the collaboration. Borealis operates in a complex production environment with high demands on safety, quality and work environment. The fact that we extend and deepen this agreement shows that Coor's quality assurance system for service delivery matches the stringent demands of the manufacturing industry. Our goal is to continue to deliver our services alongside Borealis by providing new innovative solutions,” commented AnnaCarin Grandin, President and CEO of Coor.
