Emma Strömfelt resigns as board member of Coala-Life Group AB (publ)

Emma Strömfelt has informed the Board of Directors of Coala-Life Group AB (publ) that she for personal reasons leaves her position as a Board member with immediate effect. Emma Strömfelt has been a board member of Coala Life since the Annual General Meeting in the spring of 2023.

We regret that Emma Strömfelt's time on the Board was so short, but have the utmost respect for her decision, we thank her for the time and wish her good luck in the future, says Per Carendi, Chairman of the Board of Coala-Life Group AB (publ).

According to Coala Life's Articles of Association, the Board of Directors shall consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of six members. After Emma Strömfelt leaves the Board, it consists of four members and thus meets the requirements of the Articles of Association.
