Coala Life postpones the publication of year-end report for 2023

The Board of Directors of Coala-Life Group AB ("Coala Life" or the "Company") has decided to postpone the publication of the year-end report for 2023 to March 8, 2024. The reason for the postponement is that the work to secure the Company's liquidity and financial situation has resulted in a delay in the completion of the report. The previously communicated date for the publication was February 23, 2024.
