Duties of the Nomination Committee

The Nomination Committee shall submit proposals for:

1. Chairman of the Annual General Meeting,
2. the number of members of the Board of Directors and the number of auditors;
3. fees and other remuneration to the members of the Board of Directors, members of the Board's various committees and fees to the auditors,
4. election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and other members of the Board of Directors and election of auditors; and
5. changes to the instruction for the Nomination Committee.

The Nomination Committee shall notify the Company of its proposals no later than six weeks before the Annual General Meeting. In connection with the Nomination Committee announcing its proposals to the Company, the Nomination Committee shall also issue a statement containing the information to be published on the Company's website.
