Largest Owner and CEO Increase their Subscription in Clavister’s Rights Issue

Örnsköldsvik, Sweden - 25 January 2024 – Clavister, a leader in European cybersecurity for mission-critical applications, announces that the largest owner as well as the CEO increase their subscription in the current rights issue.

Clavister’s largest owner, PA Bendt AB, increases its subscription in the rights issue to a total of 27 MSEK from the earlier communicated subscription commitment of 12 MSEK. Clavister’s CEO and co-founder John Vestberg increases his subscription in the rights issue to a total of 820 TSEK from the earlier communicated subscription commitment of 150 TSEK. Both subscriptions are made based on assigned unit rights, in other words within the scope of the each owner’s preferential rights.
