Clavister in Negotiations for 20 to 40 MSEK Security Contract for new 5G Standalone Core Network

Örnsköldsvik, Sweden - 12 June 2024 - Clavister, a leader in European cybersecurity for mission-critical applications, announced today that it is in final negotiations for supplying the Clavister Mobile Core Security solution to a premier northern European mobile operator, intending to integrate the solution into its new 5G Standalone Core Network.

The order value of the contract currently being negotiated between Clavister and the customer amounts to 20 to 40 MSEK. The exact value will be determined by the final scope. The contract, which can be manifested through one or multiple purchase orders, includes recurring software license revenue, hardware and professional services, with an expected roll-out starting during the second half of 2024.
 
Clavister is disclosing this information prior to a concluded contract to allow for the purchasing of warrants in accordance with the resolution from the Annual General Meeting held on 27 May 2024. Clavister makes no warranty with regards to a positive outcome of the contract negotiation, and there is currently no contractual obligation requiring the mobile operator to acquire the Clavister solution.
