Cinis Fertilizer

In December 2022, a former business partner of Jakob Liedberg, CEO of Cinis Fertilizer, put forward a claim towards Jakob Liedberg to the Stockholm District Court regarding better right to a part of Jakob Liedberg's shares in Cinis Fertilizer. Jakob Liedberg's lawyer makes the assessment that the claim is unfounded, and Cinis Fertilizer sees no reason to make any other assessment. Cinis Fertilizer is not a party to the dispute.
