In connection with the issuance of the Bonds, Cinis Fertilizer has prepared a prospectus, which has been approved by, and registered with, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980). The prospectus will be available on the Financial Supervisory Authority's website (fi.se) and on Cinis Fertilizer's website (www.cinis-fertilizer.com).

In accordance with the terms of the Bonds, Cinis Fertilizer will today file an application for listing of the Bonds on the Sustainable Bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm. The Bonds are expected to be admitted to trading at Nasdaq Stockholm as soon as possible.
