The nomination committee of Berner Industrier proposes re-election of Joachim Berner, Lars Gatenbeck, Kerstin Gillsbro, Pia Irell, Pim Polesie, and Johan Lannebo at the annual general meeting on April 28, 2026.

The nomination committee's other proposals will be made public in connection with the notice of the 2026 annual general meeting.

Berner Industrier's nomination committee for the 2026 Annual General Meeting includes Simon Cornell appointed by Cervantes, Claes Murander appointed by Lannebo Fonder, and Joachim Berner appointed by Gårdaverken.
