Sun Mountain Fund LP has achieved a stake of about 2.1 percent in Berner Industrier

Sun Mountain Fund LP, an institutional investor based in Boston, U.S., has achieved a stake of about 2.1 percent in Berner Industrier, holding 394 200 class B shares. Sun Mountain bought the shares in a block transaction on February 14.

Sun Mountain is managed by Christian Solberg and Will Thorndike, author of the book "The Outsiders."

Christian R. Solberg, Partner at Sun Mountain, commented, "We are thrilled to have become shareholders in Berner Industrier. We strongly believe in the company's decentralised business model and capital-efficient M&A approach, which we believe will lead to many years of meaningful free cash flow per share growth."
