CGit AB changes name to Aixia AB

Aixia AB, formerly known as CGit AB, announces today that the company has changed its name. The new name takes effect immediately.

"The name change reflects our strategic focus on developing and delivering innovative solutions that contribute to our continued growth and success." says CEO Mattias Bergkvist. "It is a statement about the company's great potential in tomorrow's IT infrastructure and AI, but also an identity that stands out in the wider world."

All documentation and official communication from the company will be updated with the new name. This includes our website, our social media and email signatures and other correspondence.

CGit Holding AB (publ) also plans to change its name, which will happen after the ordinary general meeting that will take place on 16/5 2023. The proposed name is Aixia Group AB (publ)

The company's organizational structure, operations, product portfolio and services will not be affected by the name change.
