Second quarter financial results 2025 (1 April – 30 June): ​

• Net Revenue was KDKK 1.243 ​
• Operating result was KDKK -3.554 ​
• Net result was KDKK –2.785​
• Cash at bank end of the period was KDKK 15.051​
• Earnings per share* was KDKK -0,16​
• Solidity** was 75% ​

Earnings per share (DKK per share): Operating result divided by the average number of shares during the period. The total number of shares as of 30 June 2025 amounted to 18.576.437 shares, the average number of shares during the second quarter was 17.680.598  ​
**Solidity: Total equity divided by total capital and liability ​

Recent highlights include significant operational and regulatory advancements, with the US manufacturing tech-transfer nearing completion and the CT001 dossier actively being developed for EMA submission. To support this growth, the organisation has been strengthened through the promotion of Martin Juhl to the Executive Management team, and our financial position has been fortified by a recent directed issue of DKK 14.6 million.
