New number of shares and votes in Cavotec

Cavotec SA ("Cavotec") has, in accordance with previously announced information, issued new shares in a directed issue which has increased the total number of outstanding shares and votes in Cavotec to 106,467,758.

Prior to the directed issue, the total number of outstanding shares and votes in Cavotec was 94,014,928. Through the directed issue the number of shares in Cavotec increased by 12,452,830, corresponding to 12,452,830 votes. Today the total number of shares and votes in Cavotec is 106,467,758.
