As a result of Cavotec Group AB’s (the “Company”) share exchange offer to the shareholders of Cavotec SA, the number of shares in the Company has increased by issue of in total 103,293,604 ordinary shares. The Company has in connection therewith resolved to redeem the 50,000,000 ordinary shares that were originally held by Cavotec SA.
As of the date hereof, the total number of shares in the Company thereby amounts to 103,293,604, of which all are ordinary shares. The total number of votes amounts to 103,293,604.
The ISIN code of the ordinary share is SE0025010887. Following the delisting of Cavotec SA on 30 July 2025, the ticker of the ordinary share has been changed from CCCAB to CCC.
