As a result of the completion of the merger involving Cavotec SA, as announced on 7 October 2025, the number of shares in Cavotec Group AB (publ) has increased by issue of 3,402,426 redeemable and convertible series C shares, which have subsequently been converted into ordinary shares in Cavotec Group AB (publ).
