Catena upgraded to "BBB" by Nordic Credit Rating

The new rating reflects Catena’s strong position as one of Sweden’s largest logistics property company and Catena’s gradual shift in financial leverage during the last years.
- We are pleased that NCR decides to raise Catena’s credit rating. Our targeted work has strengthened the company both operationally and financially, which the rating confirms.
