A 5,850 square metre extension is planned at Catena's property Norra Varalöv 31:11 in E-city Engelholm, where Boozt Fulfilment & Logistics is already a tenant in an 82,000 square metre facility. The extension, which will be certified according to NollCO2, enables continued growth for Boozt. The company has gradually expanded its areas over the years at the site. Boozt chose to extend their existing lease by five years in connection with this project - meaning their lease now runs until 2037.

The extension is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. In connection with the project, the property Norra Varalöv 31:5 will be transferred into the property Norra Varalöv 31:11, on which Boozt's existing premises are located.
