Catena announces an increase in the number of shares and votes

This increase is being implemented in the light of a private placement, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Board of Directors on 28 August 2024, as authorised by the general meeting of shareholders on 25 April 2024.
In August 2024, Catena’s total number of shares was increased by 5,487,282 shares and votes. On 30 August 2024, Catena’s registered share capital totalled SEK 265,584,457.60, distributed among 60,360,104 shares. All shares are of the same share class and each share carries an entitlement to one (1) vote at Catena’s general meeting of shareholders.
