Catena acquired Stigamo 1:49. The property is one of the most well established logistics parks in the Nordic region, optimally located in proximity to the E4 motorway just south of Jönköping in Stigamo, Sweden. The vendor is Nivika Fastigheter AB and the property is being sold as a corporate transaction.

The land acquired already has a zoning plan. Catena will take possession of the property on 13 March 2023.
