During the period from 10-16 September 2026, Castellum AB (LEI code: 549300GU5OHTR1T5IY68) (“Castellum”) repurchased a total of 1,799,414 own shares (ISIN: SE0000379190) under the two parallel share repurchase programmes initiated by Castellum’s Board of Directors and announced on 15 July 2026. A total of 22,596,587 shares, corresponding to an aggregate amount of SEK 3.0 billion, have been repurchased under these two share repurchase programmes, which are hereby concluded. Castellum's holding of own shares amounts to 9.9 per cent of the total number of registered shares. Castellum intends to convene an extraordinary general meeting to resolve the cancellation of repurchased shares.
Repurchases of own shares under the first share repurchase programme (“Programme 1”) has been carried out in accordance with the Nasdaq Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares. Repurchases of own shares under the second share repurchase programme (“Programme 2”) has been carried out in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”).
The purpose of the share repurchase programmes is to adjust the company’s capital structure and thereby efficiently contribute to increased shareholder value.

All repurchases were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm by Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) on behalf of Castellum. Following the repurchases described above, Castellum’s holding of own shares amounts to 47,040,587 shares as of 16 September 2026. The total number of shares in Castellum is 477,526,355.
