Located in the heart of the Hagastaden innovation district, Infinity will be a flexible office building adapted to the needs of its various tenants. With twelve floors above ground, two basement levels and a leasable area of approximately 20,000 square metres, the property will be a central feature of the cityscape. The ground floor will include a restaurant as well as gym and conference facility, which will promote a vibrant urban environment and provide a high level of service for the building’s tenants.

Castellum also owns the Blästern 1 property (17,000 square metres) immediately adjacent to Hagastaden, and has two additional planned projects in the area: Emerald House and Jubileumshuset.

Hagastaden is one of Sweden’s most expansive urban development areas and a world-leading centre in life science – research that is intended to improve people’s lives and health. 50,000 new workplaces and 6,000 new residences are being created here, which will link Stockholm and Solna into a unified district.

Infinity will be certified under Miljöbyggnad level Gold, NollCO2 and Well Core, which will ensure an energy-efficient, climate-neutral and healthy work environment.
