Castellum has issued an unsecured bond loan of EUR 300 M in the European capital market at a credit spread of 0.78 per cent.
The issue has been carried out under the company's EMTN programme. The bond was issued at a fixed annual coupon of 3.75 per cent and has a maturity of three years, maturing on 3 September 2029.
This was Castellum’s first issue in the European capital market since September 2024.
BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, Nordea, Svenska Handelsbanken and Swedbank acted as Joint Bookrunners in connection with the issue.
