Nomination Committee appointed for Careium’s Annual General Meeting 2027

In accordance with the principles for appointing a Nomination Committee, which were adopted at the Annual General Meeting 2026 in Careium AB (publ) (“Careium”), the Chairman of the Board, Juha Mört, has summoned the Nomination Committee.

After consultation with the company’s major shareholders in terms of voting rights as per 30 September 2026, the Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2027 consists of the following members:

  • Bile Daar, appointed by Cidro Förvaltning, Chairman of the Nomination Committee,
  • Jianxiong Hu, appointed by Kunshan Q Technology International,
  • Mats Hellström, appointed by Nordea Funds, and
  • Juha Mört, Chairman of the Board, adjunct member of the Nomination Committee.

Careium’s Annual General Meeting will be held on 22 April 2027 in Stockholm.

The Nomination Committee will prepare proposals for the Annual General Meeting 2027, including proposals for the Chairman of the Annual General Meeting, Board members, Chairman of the Board, remuneration for the Board members, auditors and fees to the auditors.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2027 should send an email to valberedningen@careium.com, no later than 31 January 2027.
