Fredrik Crafoord increases his shareholding in Byhmgard by a further 5 million shares

Byhmgard AB (publ) today announces that Board member Fredrik Crafoord has increased his shareholding in the company through the acquisition of an additional 5,000,000 shares, bringing his total holding to 58,793,896 shares. The transaction has been reported in accordance with applicable regulations for persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
