Verdipapirfondet Odin Sverige has divested its shareholding in Byggmax Group, and consequently, its representative, Peter Nygren, has resigned from his position as a member of the company's Nomination Committee. In accordance with the principles for the composition of the Nomination Committee adopted by the Annual General Meeting, the Committee will assess the need to appoint a new member. Should it be deemed necessary, a replacement will be appointed in line with these principles. Any changes to the composition of the Nomination Committee will be announced by the company.
