The Swedish Competition Authority has approved Telia's acquisition of Bredband2
On 17 October 2025, the Swedish Competition Authority initiated an in-depth investigation (a so-called "phase 2" investigation) of Telia's acquisition of Bredband2.
The Swedish Competition Authority has today decided to leave Telia's acquisition of sole control over Bredband2 without action.
The Swedish Competition Authority's decision is available on its website, www.konkurrensverket.se.
