The incorrect behavior that has arisen at the initiative of individuals is completely unacceptable and is not in line with how Bravida should conduct our business. If Bravida's working methods and routines are followed this behavior should not be possible. The behavior has been driven by the head of department who has been removed from service at Bravida since April 6, 2024.

The background to Region Skåne's cancellation of the agreement is, as Bravida has previously communicated, a tip. The tip is in the form of an audio file that came to Region Skånes possession through a whistleblower in the fall of 2023. The audio file consists of a conversation between three employees in the department concerned, regarding the forms for invoicing. When Region Skåne shared the information with Bravida, a dialogue began with Region Skåne.

“It is clear that we have disregarded our working methods and routines in the relevant department, which is completely unacceptable. It is regrettable that we did not discover this sooner. When we have completed the investigation linked to Region Skåne, we will communicate what further measures we are taking. The Sweden-wide investigation is ongoing in parallel”, comments Mattias Johansson, CEO and Group President at Bravida.
